Saw region lock?

Thats not certain but possible.
I have games in my library that are unavailable in my own store.

I checked and it says "not available in your region". So you probably cant buy a key anyway

The game was removed from steam for some reason. That does not mean that it is restricted in any region. Region locking refers to limiting persons within a certain region to buying games at a set price (lower) but are unable to gift/trade it to a person in a different region. Region restriction refers to when a game is not allowed to be activated within a certain country due to some legal issue (e.g. Germany and some games with violence/nazi themes).

According to Steamdb game is included in 8 packages, but the newest one(that is probably sold now) is region locked to: "Bahamas, Panama, Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Colombia, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico."

I see Silent Hill Homecoming cheap as well.
Can anyone check if both these games register on steam after using Hola to buy it?

Bought SAW and silent hill both keys were Region free

Nuuvem have an excellent track record when it comes to marking regional restrictions - whether they be purchase,activation or play.

I just purchased Saw, SH Homecoming and BAtle LA ('cos why not) and all activated fine from the UK.

Bought, activated and launched it without any problem (EU).

activated it in germany without problems. just because you don't see a game in your store, that doesn't mean it's region locked. :)

I activated it in Czech Republic without any troubles.

Thanks guise. So now the only problem is: is it woth it to buy or its a waste of money :D

Max Payne 3 have a lock?

Already bought it, and yes Max Payne 3 is region locked but only for the listed countries

But I bought SAW some months ago on GreenManGaming and I got a row key, so all is good :). Can't speak for nuuvem but I think it should be fine ^^

I just bought SAW on Nuuvem for $1.60. Key worked fine, I was able to download it and stuff so no region lock for US.

Got SAW from Nuuvem and activated just fine from Indonesia Steam Account.

It didn't use to be region locked but then suddenly it was.

Does it use GFWL? Every game that uses GFWL is unavailable my region. To get Dark Souls (before the steamworks patch) I had to buy a steam key on Amazon.

EDIT: Not 100% sure but from my experience keys bought from trusted sites can activate a game even if it's not available in your region.
