Steam winter sale question

So past winter sales when you bought stuff from steam store you got event cards.
This time when I added stuff to cart it doesn't say I will get cards.

Was this "feature" removed from this sale?

You get a card drop for every $10 you spend iirc.

Oh, thx so much. Earlier sales told you when you went to your cart this one does not. And since I am still pondering whether I should buy some games I wanted to check this :)

Edit: That's weird, I tried with a different game and it didn't show me the "feature" then I tried again with another game and it was back and working fine. Still I got my cards as usual during sales.

Never trust the holiday stuff Steam says, they love to copy&paste old stuff with wrong info and not fix it.

Didja scroll all the way to the bottom of the cart? If you're in browser, are you properly logged into community?
Either way, it's shown up consistently for me through the sale [in-client], regardless of what I put in and took out.
