The offer never worked for me, I had to input my CC information in order to get it, not sure how people manage to have the paypal option during that promotion, oh well. :P

There are a lot of threads like this: Zeit, Shoot Many Robots, Ruse, and Bloody Good Time can be acquired for free on ubisoft store... but not anymore and I think there will be some punishments for the people who increased their contributor value with those games

They could got for free so there's no need in creating giveaways and when the people are creating giveaways because they want to share games to people from other regions it's still wrong because Ubisoft wanted to give the games only to Europeans (or only to some countries).

My point is you technically did exploit Ubi. You just admitted to having two accounts and the only way you could prove me otherwise is if you post pics of the date when you made those accounts. Either way, it's still exploiting.

Yeah eventually they fixed it. You don't know how long ago these issues happened and were fixed....So stop making up false accusations without providing proven evidence. Why are we even having a meaningless argue when you do not know my circumstances and I do not know yours nor every other single person on the internet. It is a lost cause accusing somebody without having any information nor evidences of 'illegal' activities.

Can you get the part where you're allowed to have more than one account in the TOS? I'd like to see it, but don't have time to read it. If they do allow it than, you're good.

Does; not even mentioning anything about multiple accounts in the terms of use and terms and conduct imply that it's allowed? This is the paragraph about:
MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

There is nothing bad if they made a legit account but I doubt that's the case for most of the people. It was also only in Europe so if you see someone from the States or Canada with the mentioned games, odds are they made fake accounts.. which is not cool.(Might as well keep the game and stay on the low, not gift it)
