You should find a bloomberg terminal http://www.bloomberg.com/professional/systems-support/hardware/
Without one you can still come up with an estimate by listening to earnings calls or looking through the annual reports, which will be more difficult for Sony and Nintendo because they are Japanese. I don't think Nintendo even does earnings calls.

I'm into statistics and numbers in general (yeah I'm weird :P) and I like to look up stuff like sales number and compere different regions. The only side I found for that is vgchartz.com do you guys know any other sides?
FYI did you know that more WiiUs were sold in Germany and France than XOnes? (Yes I'm fun at parties... xD)
