After posting a giveaway, and giving out the codes...they were redeemed, but no one replied back (to confirm).

So basically...I can not post another giveaway, because it's "awaiting a reply"...also...I believe they may not even speak english. One email was russian, and the other was french....

So being my first giveaway and all...I'm not able to do anything besides "delete" the giveaway...

But my question...

Is there a time limit to how long you wait for a response?

They're not foreigners if they're in their home country ^_^
If you can prove that the games have been redeemed, after seven days I think support will help you and mark them as received despite the winners' failing to do so. I THINK

I can prove they are redeemed. Sigh, I just don't believe they will contact me back considering I went through email. (probably a big mistake)

Next time, I'm just going to contact them via steam or delete the giveaway.

I always send my keys in an email and I never had a problem.

also emails are alot easier to prove you sent them than a chat message.

It's only been 3 hours since your giveaway ended, give them time, not everyone sits in front of the computer 24/7 ... like me ... heh

I saw the codes activate right after I sent. Obviously they were up and on their computer. xD Even asked them to reply to my email, but they did not. One is russian, one is french, and the other is a gmail. >.<

You make it sound like using Gmail is a bad thing.

How can you prove that the DLC keys from the bundle have been redeemed? Do you have a Steam keys validator? :)
I just want to know the technology. With the gifts all clear. But the key quite different especially DLC keys.

They have 7 days to mark as received same as you had 7 days to send the code, depending where in the world you are it could be the middle of the night for them, or they may be at work and unable to check so chill.

I updated your account so you're able to create a few giveaways in the meantime.
