I've recieved all positive feedbacks, but my value is still the same.
Check my profile, can someone explain me better how the maths works? I created 2 private giveaways too: http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/QfTUn/breath-of-death-vii and http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/cwsx9/cthulhu-saves-the-world

Those are counted as bundle games. That's what the * next to a game in the dropdown list on the giveaway page means. It doesn't matter where you ACTUALLY got them, they still count as bundled.

I understood that bundle games are 20% of their value, and it's okay for me, but I did not have any changes in my value at all with my last giveaways...it's normal?

Yes that is normal. You'll need to give away some non-bundle games in order to break the $30 limit.

Oooh now it makes sense...so I would get 20% of the already bundle gifted games if I gift a non-bundle one?

That is correct. The cutoff is $25 in bundle games which are considered "freebies." Then you get only 20%, so 20% of that first $25 in freebies is $5, so you actually get $30 in contributor value. Above that you get nothing unless you give away non-bundle games, in which case you get 20% of that value back for bundle games. It's a little confusing at first but don't worry, the number on your profile page is correct and takes this all into consideration automatically.

Okay, thanks a lot for the clarification :) I know I shouldn't give away games for increasing my value but it's a nice incentive :D

That kinda sucks. Though the entire sentiment is that you're giving away games for free. So you shouldn't really care about contributor value.

As annelions pointed out, they're bundle games. Contributor value is calculated a little differently when bundle games get involved, read about it here.

Total Value = Non-Bundle Value + min(Bundle Value, Non-Bundle Value * 0.2)

First $25 Bundle Value = $25
Next $xx Bundle Value = $xx 0.2
Max only
Bundle Value* = $30 ( Like your case)

Give more Non-Bundle Value to get more Bundle Value
Example : Give $100 Non-Bundle Value, you will have another $20 Bundle Value. So total value would be $100 + $25 + $20 = $145

***This is from what I understand, correct me if I'm wrong.

Why people care so much for contributor value?
SG is much more than just that number on your profile page, it's the spirit of gifting to others.

Do you also demand contributor value on christmas and other people's birthday?

For me it is the fact that some giveaways you really would like to join can only be intered if you have contributor value - I still give things away but I like to see my value increase and be able to win something I really want.

The original Torchlight was in a HiB. So, yes, it's considered a bundle game.

Yeah, Torchlight is a bundle game, even if your copy isn't from the bundle itself.

Edit: Darn, 38 seconds slow.
