10 USD per card bug

Hello

I was going to purchase a game on steam, and I know that for every 10 USD spent, you get a globe card. When I go into the cart, with the game already in it, I see this.

Is that a bug or the purchase will actually not be counted towards the "10 USD per card"?

The game is Deus Ex HR Director's Cut.
Badge progress (in my badges page) tells me that I already spent 28 USD, so buying that should put me at 33 USD.

I assume it's steam being unable to update the info due to server overload or something. You could wait and try to buy it a bit later and see if it says it properly. If it doesn't show it then I'd say it doesn't count for some silly reason.
