I'd like to join, but beforehand I'd like to confess to my crimes. There have been a few games before that I have won and never played, mostly because I had won them during an especially busy time in my life or had capped out on bandwidth for the month and then had simply forgotten to install it later. I hope you guys still want me in the group and want to join as a way to right my past wrongdoings :)

Hah, well I'm not unlucky at all I only enter giveaways with games I'll actually play. Which is mostly triple A or very popular indie games. The chance of winning these is obviously quite a bit lower than the others.

I have now resorted the issue. Seems like steamgifta didn't register that i owned the dlc for the affected game. But the developer reroled the giveaway!

Sounds nice, just a question though, what is considered to be "half of the average play time"? Like there are some games that I can play hours and hours and some where I get annoyed after 15 minutes. Also my laptop is kinda crappy, hope there won't be too many hardware demanding games hehe, would like to join in, after you tell me what the average play time is C:

Sure, ask away :) The point is that you judge the game before joining the giveaway, so by checking out what's the game about and if it is something you'd see yourself playing. All playing progress will be monitored in our group tool, there you can see your own progress. I've send you an invitation :)

Introduction
Playing Appreciated is a group for members that like to play games they win and for giveaway creators that like to see their games getting played. This sounds simple, yet requires committent and dedication from members by filtering out games they like to play from all group giveaways and when won playing those within one month. In return members will get higher chances of winning games they want and creators will know their giveaways have a high chance of getting played.
