Hi Kuranda, for option 1 you have to play and beat any (doesn't need to be the last one) of your unplayed wins with achievements. In your case that would only be Europa Universalis IV. As for how long you have to play it? However long it takes to beat the game (I don't know much about Europa Universalis IV but I assume it either has some campaign to beat or something similar?).

Yes, it requires you to beat the whole game (you don't need to get all the achievements or anything like that, just beat the game). If you end up not liking the game you can let us know and you can switch to beating a different game instead. Since you don't have any other wins it can be any unplayed game from your Steam library with achievements then.

as long as you dont have any outstanding wins from the group unplayed they will let you rejoin without doing the options again

Hi orTe, you are welcome to join but it looks like Cat Quest was already played a bit and the game must be unplayed. Since your only other win was also already played you have 2 options:
1) Join with option 2
2) Pick any unplayed wins with achievements from your Steam library and play that instead (you must let us know what you pick before you start played it).
