What theme park would you go to in Florida?

I'd go to Universal Studios for its Harry Potter and Simpsons themed areas. Can't wait til the ones here in Hollywood are finished.

Universal Studios all the way.

Universal and Disney. I went to them before and had a great time.

Universal is by far the best. There is another one right next to it which is really good too. Go to both if you can.

I used to go to Disney a ton. It was a lot of fun. The only other one I have been to is Sea World, not too much to do there in my opinion.

Universal - if you have any interest in Harry Potter they did a bang up job on really making you feel like you stepped into that world - well as much as is humanly possible. Go on a rainy day if you can!

Unfortunately the park is split up into two parts so HP is the main draw for one section...

Universal Studios hands down. I am just a huge movie fanatic, but I am sure Disney World would be cool too. However, I had a terrible experience in Disney Land. Crowded as fuck, expensive as fuck, etc. I complained more than I enjoyed myself. Universal Studios was awesome though. Enough space to handle the crowd and prices were fair enough that I got some souvenirs and some stuff to eat. Now that the economy got raped, it is probably different now. Still, that experience alone is enough to make me want to go to Universal Studios Orlando before Disney World. Maybe someday I will get to Florida... but not likely. Good thing California is close. lol

You could have a great time at either of those, but really, if you only have the one day to enjoy going to a theme park you should go with Universal, it's by far the best out of the three.

Busch Gardens; already did it years ago, good times.

I imagine that if you are a young child or have young children, Disney World is a must. But if you're older, Universal Studios is the way to go.

Busch Gardens was super fun... as I remember it from like almost two decades ago. I really enjoyed sea world, but I really like zoos and such, animals are just cool. Disney is fun if you can let go and go into child mode. Universal was OK back then, supposedly awesome now.

Walt Disney World. Went to Universal in Singapore already. Although I went to Hong Kong Disneyland, that's a pretty poor one...Ocean Park was way better. As for Sea World...I'd put that 2nd.

If I could though, I'd go to all 3.

Based on my experience from their SoCal counterparts, I'd say Universal first, then Disneyworld, then Sea World.

Sea World is only last because there isn't much to separate it from its sister parks. Disney parks are only worth it if you have a family with kids/you are the kid, or if you're a fan of Disney. Universal to me will give you the best experience, though the Orlando counterpart is probably more of a park (as opposed to Hollywood, for obvious reasons).

Funny story: I remember seeing Andy Dick on the Citywalk years ago making fun of the MJ-Blanket incident by throwing a plastic baby off from the 2nd floor of the Hard Rock cafe, and hearing some woman shriek from seeing it. Didn't realize it was him until months later when we saw it on VH1.

When I went to Florida I went to Disney World. The main park in Disney World isn't as good as the one in California, though. I ended up going the two water parks the rest of the time I was there because it was so damn hot (They were pretty radical BTW).

I went to sea world even though nobody seemed to recommend it to me. Still thanks for the recommendations guys :) I'll leave the thread open for a bit longer to see some more people's opinions.

Whichever one has the Harry Potter theme park because I've already been to Sea World, Universal Studios and Disney back in 2000 or 1999 before the Harry Potter addition was even a figment in the theme park imagination. And I love HP and would just seriously want to go.
