Lots of them on SteamTrades... Just search for russian in the search box on SteamTrades :P (Myself I've done a trade with BonArt, aswell as some other that I don't remember the name of)

I have a good Russian friend it helped me a lot on steam but for good reasons i won't give his name. You can find easily nice deals on trading website just look very carefully
