I found this out myself. To battle people making profit of selling these, I decided to share it here. Enjoy! ;)

  1. Go to https://gamingsite-lg.stickyhosting.co.uk/?identifier=INSERT_RANDOM_NUMBER_HERE

  2. Copy the code (after message)
  3. Go to https://www.callofduty.com/modernwarfare/beta
  4. Login and redeem the code
  5. If it's accepted, it should give you a 2nd code
  6. Redeem the 2nd code here: https://account.blizzard.com/overview
  7. Profit! Enjoy playing!
