What do you want to give away? Tier 1, 2, 3 bundle stuff or A-AAA unbundled games?

Since you've only won 2 games so far you could try Unlucky7 which is mainly for new members so they get a bit of an edge over the hardcore users who already have ~ 500 wins.
You can only stay in that group until you have won 7 games so it's a good idea to be a bit picky what you're trying to win there. After your 7th win if you want you can apply to remain in the group as a gifter but you shouldn't enter gibs there anymore.
It's actually run by the guy who left the first comment here Oppenh4imer.

I am amazed every time, that a friendly reference to UL7 in threads like this, triggers other users, that don't fit the requirements at all (including not having a SG account), try to join the group.

including not having a SG account
That must be a first, right... right?
It always astonishes me how some people on / or at least reading this site manage to tie their laces in the morning. But what I fail to comprehend is how those people manage to understand the part of my comment where I mention your group but on the other hand to completely ignore that part where I explain the premise in few and simple words π
I suppose in the end, as I said earlier below, it always comes down to:
Mesa wanna join. Mesa want ze good games!!!

Question me. Everytime when one Application gets written in our group thread i get around 4-10 group join requests, at steam, direct after it.
But because i am a sneaky one, i trace them back to sg and look if they are fodder for the BL or a report :-D

Well, MY best group is the Akatsuki group.
Only unbundled games, but you have to play (^^) by the rules.
Heres the SG Forum Thread for the Group:
https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/ynDw6/akatsuki-group-for-unbundled-games-no-ratio-systemplay-your-won-gamesopen
Also, as not everybody can enter, the group is relativly small and the chance of winning is a lot higher.
Other groups may be also good, but the bigger the group the more difficult it is to be a real "community"
because there will always be people who are not interested in writing/giving away great games/chatting.
Thats why i prefer more smaller groups. ;)
But thats just my opinion! :)

you forgot to say, that only the best looking and smartest users are in this group β₯

Most groups have a recruitment topic here on SG which you can find by using the search function in discussions. If that thread is closed that usually means they are currently not accepting applicants or are only accepting new members after personal recommendation.
In this case Wintermute has already linked to the recruitment topic above.
The most important thing is to read the recruitment thread thoroughly before applying and not just be like:
Mesa wanna join. Mesa want ze good games!!!
That last part is absolutely not about you but rather about the general attitude of some people here on SG π

Just read the first Post in the link i posted.
There every rule (and how you can ask to join) is written down. ;)
Read carefully, there are some rules for your application posting in the thread.
So just a "i want to join" is not enogh.;)

Cool.
So what groups have you joined since you created this thread? Maybe it would be a good idea to list them in your OP so we don't suggest groups you are already part of.
I don't know what you're looking for in a group, but... if playing the games you win here and having the games you give away be played is important for you, I would recommend Playing Appreciated.

Masafors Group of Friends because there are no black sheeps or, at least, not long and people that know a thanks after a win.
If someone break the rules he have a talk, if someone break the rules more times, without changing his behavior, he get a kick (and for sure a bunch of blacklists too).
We don't have "you must X" (give X unbundled/bundled/tower defense, be active at least X, the GA's must bring X points) rule.
We have a "you can" (be active X times, you can make X unbundled/bundled GA's, your GA can be for X points and so on) handling.
Of course we demand that people read GA descriptions and if someone write, as example, play your win in timeframe X, then we expect that the ones that enter this GA's do exactly what they signed with their entry or get the concequences from not follow what they accepted.
We don't accept each application but each stranger have a fair chance with level 3 and a normal steam account + if we, that means around 170 members, know the applicant and that info reach me then the chances are there for lower ones too.
Is our group perfect ?
No but i think we are close to it if you want it stress free, fair, nice and in only rare cases a problem with one of your winners ;o).
