PSA: If you have Twitch Prime you can gifted other (non-Prime) Twitch members the following games. Just to go to https://www.twitch.tv/prime and click "Send Gift". Note games are redeemed on Twitch, not Steam.

Hi DingDong, I think it's already been added to your library, have you checked there yet? Here are the instructions:

Install the Twitch Desktop App (Windows)
In the app, go to "My Games"
Install game client
Launch game and enjoy your rewards
