That, or have a nice portfolio and/or references. Jobs typically are skeptical of new grads, but if you can show you know what you're talking about, you should be clear. What type of job are you looking at? (Programming, databases, networking, security, etc.)

In that case, what you want to do is make a rudimentary website and build both a basic frontend and a backend that shows what you know. Also, see if you can get any certifications to make your resume pop out.
