They were quite short for a PC Game. But yeah. After "we know what" I truly felt like my brain was fucked. I was even so damn mad on the developers that they gave me no choice (I usually stick to the good hero path). Almost uninstalled it unfinished and so happy I did not after the game ended. It's so unpopular and underrated though, which is sad.

Bioshock - I've heard so much about it, how awesome it is and maybe that's why I don't consider it as THAT spectacular. It was really good, but I don't feel the rush to go for "2" and "Infinite" so soon.
Spec Ops - great!
And I don't really like CoD anymore. It's just Ctrl+C Ctrl+V with each new title. Although - zombies!
Kotor - not so much into sci-fi.

As Mthdraken and Krivi said, Bioshock (Only played the first one) and The Darkness II are great candidates.
I would add Another Perspective if you don't mind graphics, and its plot is basically nonexistant, but its atmosphere and narration are beautiful, the same could be said about Not The Robots. Heroine's Quest has both great atmosphere and plot, but it's extremely difficult.
Can't think of any other games right now.

Not something I'd look into normally but Another Perspective seems interesting so I'll add it to the whishlist. Heroine's Quest is definately not what I'm interested in but since it's f2p, I guess I'll check it. Who knows, maybe I'll change my mind :).
