I bought my first console! [Giveaway for clickbait]

My first console was the Wii (my brother had other consoles before but this one was 100% mine), well worth it. If I had moneyz I would get a 3DS right away :)

sweet, my SNES is still working, has holes and rattles but still works, shame that here where i live games are pretty expensive, even some shitty forgotten game or a very common game start at 30$ :S.

Love me some SNES. Finished playing through Chrono Trigger recently and decided to start FF3 again(the US FF3). Throw in other classics like Zelda, F-Zero and even quirky titles like Uniracers and you have one of the most replayable systems to ever exist. If you can find 3 other ppl and a multitap Super Bomberman is the shit.

good buy, having a snes is like having a brick-stone probably sticks with you forever unless you froget it somewhere

would've recommended a Nintendo Wii Console ... those are insanely easy to install a custom
firmware on and "get all games incl some old games "for free" - tried a lot of games ... but ended
up playing maybe 4 - ripped those even straight from my few physical game copies
(zelda skyward, new super mario bros, s.mario galaxy1, metroid corruption)

Why no emulation though? :(

There are great games on this console.

If you count it as a console, mine was the TI 99. Which is sort of a console in that it plugged into the TV via an RF modulator. Plus, it had a built-in hotplate to keep your coffee or food warm.

My first console was a PS2. Years and years of fun. Then I got a Wii, which was good too. Then finally graduated to gaming PC.

I had one of those chinese SNES rip-offs back in the day and PSX after that. Nowadays I have been thinking of getting myself a PS2 since PSX is getting slowly becoming outdated. I have also enjoyed Game Boy Color for which I had MicroMachines 2 and Robocob, sadly I could not save so I have never managed to finish any of them.

My 1st console was a pirated nes with a 100 games in it. Good times. I don't have any current console, so I'm sticking with the pc :P
