Lately I have Paint it Black by Rolling Stones stuck in my mind.
While I was checking some old sounds I found this video of the Jefferson Airplane where the host suggests the watchers to eat or smoke a banana. I found that hilarious.
Last but not least, Logical Song by Supertramp. For some reason I can't find a good video for this. Maybe it's because I'm on the phone. Either way here's the reference. Great song. Among my favorites.
Edit: And Sultans of Swing by Dire Straits. I just love the sound of the guitar in this song.

I have a strange affection for 80s music. Even 80s music from non-English speaking countries.
Just something about the sound from that era. 70s is fine too but I'm picky with what I like from that era.

Hello music lovers! Thought I'd make a thread about it since I've been listening to the Guardians of the Galaxy 1 and 2 OST a lot lately. The songs from there helped me re-discover more songs to add to my own "Awesome Mix" playlist. Here is what I have so far on my playlist:

You can share songs that you think are a must to be in Guardians of the Galaxy 3 for example. Or you can share songs that are tied to specific niche in the retro music such as Vaporwave, Synthwave. You can also share your favorite disco songs from the 90s. Feel free to share your favorite songs even from the 60s, 50s, 40s, 30s or 20s.
The songs don't have to be tied to the 20th century. There are some songs that do sound very similar and they came out after the 2000.
