I'd advise to use isthereanydeal to check for sales/bundles.
Since you have been away i don't know if you noticed but this Thursday starts the summer sale, as such, it may be better to wait for the sale and buy the games there (or on other retailers that make better prices like nuuvem).

I was away from Steam for few months, So I missed bunch of deals, and with my obsession of getting ANYTHING that is at least 75%, I am wondering what deals I missed. So is there some kind of place where I can check an archive of all past deals? (And I know you can check Steam midweek, weekend and daily deals on Steam news. But there are special, publisher and weeklong deals that can't be checked that way)
