I won a giveaway a year ago. For the Indie Gala 5.

I claimed the link and everything.

But now, I went to the key resender on the IG site, and my profile is completely blank.

What's up with that? Have I lost the bundle completely?

EDIT: PLEASE don't suggest I ask the giveaway creator.

Indie Gala gift urls can't be claimed/added to your profile. You need to keep the email with the link to the gift if you want to access it again. I inquired about this myself recently and that's what they told me.

I can see who I sent gift links to and access the links, so it would work to contact the giveaway creator who could then send the link.
