To up levels, is based in quantity of giveways, numbers of entrys, or values of giveways?

The giveaway games' value is the culprit and when the game is considered as bundled it is reduced to 15% value, and when the game keys have been once given away for free, it will not grant any CV at all.
Just make sure to read the FAQ, everything is explained in detail there. ;)
