Too open to abuse for CV farming. (ie. small groups "winning" steam gift cards from each other, and just checking received, without actually receiving).

hehe =)

it is a nice idea, don't get any of us wrong. but it's just too open to abuse and no way to verify. the combo of those two together and the fact that it would have to give full value would make it a recipe for disaster really.
