No, it would be fair. Especially to quite possible the one of the 1% that can't seem to win that one.
Is in that 1%

It is possible to re-roll a single winner out of a group of winners. It requires the Admin to do it, however.

Gotcha. Is this something to contact administration about? And if so, do you know where I'd do that? I was hoping individual rerolls might be possible. I noticed at least one other person on this GA had the same issue.

The creator of the giveaway files a ticket for "Re-roll Winner," we notify CG, and then you wait until he can get to it.

It happened to me 4 weeks ago.
I wrote to support who answered:
"Hello sjp.
If a reroll does not occur within a week, you can mark the gift "Not Received" but do not use/give away/etc the key in case the reroll happens in the future."
Hope this helps

But does it still shows on your profile if you mark "not received"? How do people know you didn't had a bad intention?

Oh, I see. I've checked sjp's profile, but maybe cause it was a 100+ copies giveaway it wasn't showing his name at all.
That could be changed, when you win a multiple copies giveaway, at least on your profile your name should appear first, so people could see if you were a double winner or not.
In those multiple copies giveaway, do you know if it is possible to re-roll for just one person or should I don't even bother asking? (The devs seems hard to contact)
I won 2 Rush Delta Z, after I won first, removed all the entries I've found left, but last week SG was having some database issues, so not all entries were visible, and I ended up missing one or more.
EDIT: I tried contacting them on GA pages, no answer so far.

this issue will be reduced after the current featured GAs end, since users won't be able to create more than one per game (unless several devs add the same game at the same time). http://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/aJ8F9/changes-to-featured-giveaways

This is probably the best option when the giveaway creator is "unavailable."

So, I just managed to win two copies of the same game. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get the attention of the giver of the second one to get a reroll arranged (and the first one's already accepted and used). No response via Steam or to comments on the giveaway itself. Is there a way to get an administrator or similar figure to execute the reroll? If no, what's the usual etiquette here? I know regifting is a no-no, but leaving it sitting on my wins page for no one to benefit from it at all seems like a complete waste. I figure there has to be some way to get this key shuttling along to a new owner without any major breaches of policy or general conduct.
