Facepalm. I totally misread the original post. I thought this was a "which should I buy" post. I probably thought that because of the similarity in your proposed titles with some on the Steam store ("Pacific Storm" and "Rise of the Triad"). Anyway, now I can't decide between the two. "Pacific Rise" has more flow whereas "Rise of the Pacific" doesn't come of the tongue as easily. However, the latter sounds cooler.

I'm not sure either of the names would fit, not horrible but you should really explain the game and have a bunch of people add suggestions.

as for suggestions, don't make the base permanently at the back or of the map, make it (at least at times) where the enemy can end up flanking you, or if you're going for player made mazes force them to work around that complication. Could you clarify the ideas you have if you want more input?
