Australian Grand Prix

How it works

Predicting the winner would be much too easy in a field of twenty where only six drivers (if that) will likely contest most wins. To make things more interesting you will have to predict the top three finishers in the correct order and do so before the start of the qualifying session on Saturday.

Race Preview

The first race of the season; everyone starts fresh and no one really knows what the teams are capable of. Red Bull certainly still hasn't closed the gap and Ferrari look strong but it's all been smoke and mirrors so far.

Ferrari car looked really good pre-season and I really do hope they will give Mercedes a run for their money and show some serious competition this year, also Vettel has great track record in Australia, so my predictions are:

Gotta finally pay attention to these threads somehow... although there's not much fun in predicting only the top three, as there will be the same names all over. Top 10, or at least old-school top 6 would be more interesting. Or maybe guessing the one with the fastest lap, as there will be extra points awarded to those drivers this season. :)

In previous years there were only about 5 races per season where people got a correct prediction so it's difficult enough as is. :)

I think that if I made it top 6 there would not be a correct prediction all season.

I got a 0.004, but that would be cause for an investigation. Regular starts have to be within an acceptable human reaction range I think :)
