Is there any way to convert paysafe card money into paypal? and if there is,is it reliable?

I don't know any. I hope that with the new mypaysafecard system (works kinda like paypal) more sites introduces this payment method.

If you join Group Buys on Steam, multiple options for payment (TF2 keys, gift card, etc) on bundles is usually offered. Haven't seen Paysafe offered yet though.

You'll have to find someone to do a trust exchange I guess...

Issue is that paysafe funds are generally considered less valuable than paypal funds because they're far more limited and not used by the general public.

You can get a pre-paid visa and use it via PayPal (works for me)
