See this thread for the likely explanation. Steam libraries are currently counting mods, F2P games, and most relevantly, games you've previously played during free weekends. Steamgifts sees those games in your library and thus prevents you from entering.

There must be something else going on. I played the Altitude free weekend not too long ago, yet it doesn't think I own that. When the RO2 free weekend ended, it disappeared from my games list, and I had to uninstall it from the Windows control panel. Previous free weekend games would grey out and show as pre-loaded.
I just browsed through my game list on my Steam profile. RO2 is the only free weekend game I've played that shows up.

There's a giveaway of Red Orchestra 2, but I can't enter because it says it exists in my account. I downloaded it for the free weekend, but only got to play 15 minutes because my ISP kept crapping out and losing connection. I synced my account, but it's still there.
