eh. the flavor's right, but the texture is very much machine dependent, and the industrial stuff really is that much better.

I still can't bring myself to like dark chocolate / natural chocolate ( the really bitter kind ). I just can't stand the bitter chocolate. IIRC, you can buy cocoa extract or something like that and it eat it in its pure form or something like that?

don't eat it in its pure form, its too bitter even for someone like me. I'll get it in pure-ish form because I can play around with it, though.
The really bitter kind is, well, most people won't like it. But if you melt it, and add milk, cinnamon, and chili, it becomes much nicer.
