I just grabbed 100% Orange Juice for free. Maybe it's limited to specific regions, or they made a mistake and shut it off to re-release it again later. But as of this moment it is free for me.

This should actually rather firmly be the opposite of weeb.
All of the games are done by a Japanese developer, to a western-associated style (art elements aside). Something labeled as "weeb", on the other hand, is specifically based in western entities attempting to imitate, or obsessing over Japanese culture.
