I won 9 days ago a game, but the giver hasn't sent it yet. They haven't logged in into this site since making the GA. I tried contacting them on Steam, but they have also been offline there since 3 days now.

I'm currently assuming, that I won't get the game I won.

May I join another giveaway for the game, in the hopes of winning from a giver who fulfills their promise? I'm also asking in regard to the SGTools protected giveaways, who often have a check that you don't have won the same game twice. Or does this check respect the result of "not received"?

I didn't see anything in the FAQ regarding this case (but maybe I'm just blind).

You have marked your recent "win" as "not received", so you are allowed to win the game "again". No problems, neither SG nor SGT.

If the giveaway creator shows up at some point, allow him or her to re-roll your "win", to select another winner.

So, if you mark it as "Not received", you can't retrace your steps?

I am not sure what you want to say by "retrace your steps" in this context.
Could you elaborate?

I think he ment change it to received if the creator comes back and gives you the game.

Sorry, I was depending on Google translate for that expression ;)
If you mark it as "Not received", and after that you receive it: you can then change your feedback, making it as "Received"?

You can do that. At least I think so.

In case you win another copy of the game, you should ask the GA creator to re-roll.

I believe you can, within a particular window (30 days? I don't remember exactly).
After that window, only support can change the feedback.

I always thought the 30 days were only for changing from "received" to "not received", but I never had to do it either way, so I don't know.

If it has been to long time you can receive the game and then make support reqest to have them change it to received instead. (Or maybe the creator has to).
