Is the Carnival VR game any fun? It’s got mixed reviews and I’ve had some carnival fun in VR with the Nvidia Fun House game. Only a buck but I’m trying not to just add things to my account.

Some real quality titles in this one especially if you do not own the vast majority of the games. Does anyone know if the bioshock collection comes as one key as I am only missing the dlc from it?

I'd get T1 if I didn't already have Pirates. I already have Civ 3 and XCOM. 2K pissed me off with NBA Playgrounds not working on my rig and they delisted it right after bundling it & coming out with a sequel. So this is an easy pass for me.

Indeed but are you sure that RU/CIS receives 13167 and UK 13168? HB might decide to give ROW keys for these regions.
Brazil is in the gift link notification for example, but I don't see anything that is locked to Brazil...

Oh, wow, yet another weird bundle.
I'm not one to complain about bundles -and, well, this isn't really "bad"- but holy mother of rebundles, isn't this an unfortunate selection and pricing.
T1 is literally just 3 freebies and an abandoned buggy VR game with mediocre reviews (and apparently totally broken on AMD cards, what a surprise it is not).
At least the freebies are actually very good games, I'd say $1 is a fair price if you're missing them (especially Spec Ops).
Civ III in the BTA tier totally screams "leftover keys we didn't know how to dispose of, so we put them in a relevant bundle". Couldn't they add V, or at least IV?
Heck, even vanilla Civ VI would make more sense, since they're still milking it with DLCs. But who are we kidding, III is clearly a better game than VI.
Bioshock is the highlight of the entire bundle, since it's the collection with all DLCs.
Even better is the fact that 1 and 2 always come with both versions, so you can just choose which one to play.
Totally worth the price if it stays around $10. Not so much if you own it or most of it.
Borderlands 1 has been in quite a few bundles and sales, both as GOTY and old version (which gives GOTY anyway), while The Handsome Collection has been on sale for very cheap not long ago; safe to assume that everybody with at least a mild interest would own everything by now... and/or possibly be busy playing 3.
XCOM Complete is nice, but why does it have to be in T3?
It's a 6 years old game that's been in many bundles and sales, thus, like with Borderlands, it's highly likely that everybody with at least a minimal interest owns it.
Putting it in a lower tier or bundling XCOM 2 would make much more sense, especially considering that a new game is coming next week.
Then, sport games in general are a niche genre, which fans are likely to have gotten their hands on already, so their inclusion in the bundle feels out of place.
At best, it's just pointless, but at worst, it can make the fanbase salty, or at least make them reconsider their purchasing habits.
In particular, NBA 2K20 and -especially- WWE 2K20, stand out, and not in a good way, being yearly games that will be abandoned as soon as the next one in the series is out (or even earlier), riddled with microtransactions and DLCs (respectively), on top of being buggy ports with abysmal reviews.
WWE 2K20 even has a low metascore, so you know a game is a mess when even biased "critics" roast it.
TL;DR: good games that most will own, some not-so-good ones, weird composition and price, and probably surely (come on, it's 2K) obnoxious region locks.
By all means go for it if you're missing, like, everything. Or at least Bioshock, if it's your cup of tea.

You did demonstrate that Humble really can't win, in some people's eyes at least.
--> Include Civ III because it's a great game? Hey, that's BS, that game was given away free at some point in the past, so it can never be in another paid bundle ever!
--> Include Civ VI because it's the latest Civ game? Hey, this is like the worst Civ game ever, why not include an actual good Civ game, like Civ III?!
Sports games inclusion in the bundle feels out of place
It's a 2K bundle.
It's a 2K "play together" bundle.
If you're looking for 2K games that have easy multiplayer... you're going to quickly move towards sports games.

I really tried to get into civ 3 but I had some unpleasant experience with it as a young teen, trying to play it without really understanding what I did - it's helluva lot more complicated than the first one I played so much. I'm not even sure I could start Steam's version to try to amend it :| maybe I'll do another try...

Don't know what to say about this bundle but basically a repeat besides those 2k20 sport games in the final tier and I don't get why the OG XCOM is in tier 3, they should have had that be t2 and then then maybe have the xcom2 collection as tier 3?
Also like others have said I have no experience with nba, but I did buy the wwe game (not on pc, always got wrestling games on console) since I was always a fan of them, but man this one really was the worse, so some 2k21 I will defiently be waiting for gameplay to come out before I buy it again.
And since I own basically every game in this execept for the sports games and that vr title I don't think it is worth it for me.

There are region locked keys for Brazil, but the rest of SA should probably get ROW keys - however the last part is just an assumption based on the other region locks present in the bundle).

I've played a ton of TGC 2019 and NBA Playgrounds 2, well over 100 hours on each. Both are very fun games.
I'm in for Tier 3, seems like an easy way to donate $20 to charity and get some games to give away. I guess I'm keeping NBA 2K20 for myself, also.

I've played online co-op exclusively but the game supports local co-op as well.
And co-op is the most fun part of the game, to me. You and a friend can play 2-vs-2 against the computer, in several different game modes:
- Exhibition -- single games, great for testing out new players
- Season mode -- play through a quick season (~15 games or so, plus playoffs); the first time you win a season title with each franchise, you unlock a new player
- Championship mode -- games against "legendary" players; difficulty level goes up every time you "level up"
