Yeah, let me know if it still does that afterwards or not. A lot of people were having issues until they updated it.

This seems to be the same as your issue, and it's prior to Windows 10 release. http://steamcommunity.com/app/730/discussions/0/620703493318320681/
Whether updating to Windows 10 caused it, I can't say.

I just upgraded (can you really call it that?) my computer to Windows 10 yesterday and, moments ago, tried to open CS:GO for the first time since then. What I got was this an error box that reads the following:
Engine Error
Your graphics hardware does not support all features (CSM) needed to run this game.
Device Info:
Marked unsupported: 0
Supports PCF Sampling: 0
DriverName: "Microsoft Basic Render Driver"
VendorID: 0x1414, DeviceID 0x008C
DriverHigh: 0x000A0000, DriverLow: 0x28004000
DXLevel: 95, MinDXSupport: 90, MaxDXSupport: 95
Whenever I attempt to open the game the screen momentarily changes to 1280x768 res. or whatever, then closes and opens this message.
Has anyone else had this problem? I've had no issues whatsoever regarding CS:GO up until now
(To anyone wondering, no this is not a puzzle and there aren't any secret giveaways hidden anywhere. Sorry. :-/)
