In the end he won a game...and thats it. Nothing more, nothing less. Then he just leaves the group when someone forces him to make a giveaway. The usual steamgifts.com user would call this people "Leecher". And there are tons of them out there!

So wait.. you want people that have not won anything to join your group.. okay.. but then they are then obligated to make giveaways just to join your group. Whats the point of your group again? How many other private groups are there that have the same required rules for giveaways and dont have the "losing streak" requirement. Also "Group giveaways only for out group sounds like "herp derp you join this group and all your giveaways r belong to us!". Ya TOTALLY sounds legit.

Not highly obligated, is just common courtesy, the rule is to give something eventually, not within a period of time, leechers will come an go possibly, but the rest will be safe.
