FREE GAME KEY CHALLENGE!

Okay, so I'm testing whether I can create a bunch of giveaways with my old humble bundle keys that might've gotten lost from me not redeeming them, so here's a copy of UnEpic... ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU LET ME KNOW IF THE KEY ACTUALLY WORKS! As a test to see if you've read this far, you have to find the key in a block of text, and the key will have a Q on the front side and a Z on the back end of it and everything else is gibberish I just typed out... except for a c0upl3 07h3r 7h1n95... ;) Thank you in advance for being a nice person and letting me know if the code works and you get a free game out of it!

If you already have the game in your library you can try to redeem the key yourself. You'll get one of two errors, either you already own this (the key works) or the key is invalid (the key doesn't work). It does stink that you can't test keys you don't own yourself though

Since I already have a copy of the game in my library, it always tells me that I already own the game, and I'm never sure whether that's referring to that particular key or just stating a fact. Also, testing the UnEpic key that I just gave away, it still gives me the "Product Already Owned" error.

Basically, I don't want to be the jerk that creates a giveaway only for the other person to realize that the key is invalid and then probably get bad marks on my account, so I'm trying to weed out bad keys or figure out whether Humble Bundle is lying to me because I could've sworn that I've already redeemed some of the "unredeemed keys" that I currently own, and for some of them I'm pretty damn sure that I didn't buy a second copy at any other point in time, but I have over 2 pages of unredeemed keys in my HB account... o_o

Umm, that's not correct. If you already own a game, you get the same error message whether the key has been used or not. Test it on a spare bundle key if you're not sure... :)

One thing I do if I have questions is I check if I've given the key away, check if it the game is in my library, and if it's in my library, I check the date. If the date is before the bundle, the key is good; if it's not, I made a mistake.
