No as this is the newer "complete the set" bundle type and can only be bought for your own account and not as a gift.

On SG can be given away games that are not available in steam store, for example removed games, they just need to be added to database manually. I can't see why this case is any different.

Alien Rampage brings memories, I absolutely loved that game. Played it way back when I was 5-6 years old. It's still among my favorite 2D shooters.
I wonder how it performs on modern hardware, if anyone knows I'd appreciate some feedback on that.
This is the only game from the bundle that I'm interested in; since I've played it so long ago I forgot most of the levels so I'd probably enjoy replaying it so long as it works well on modern PC. I might buy this bundle just for the Alien Rampage and then giveaway the rest, I don't know yet.

It works great (it's DosBOX emulated). Was the first game of the bundle that I tried.

I can't see that game on the badges page but on Steam it says that it has cards.

That means that it hasn't reached the criteria yet, a game that comes onto Steam via Steam Direct needs to reach some criteria (If I'm not mistaken it's just a number of sales directly on Steam), before that, the game is not allowed to have trading cards.
If you play it before the cards are added, you will automatically receive your cards according to your playtime as soon as cards are added.
