Having troubles

Well for some reason I cannot make a giveaway of the game Enclave. It doesn't pop up when i'm about to choose the game.
I got a key and I already have it so... if anyone wants it, be quick:

Yeah, I also just tryed creating it, and it doesn't pop up. On steam it when I'm searching it it shows up normally.. No idea what's going on..

Edit: Just saw Sighery post.
