The "Doorways All Chapters Collection" comes as seperate keys, but right now "Doorways: The Underworld" is missing.
I've send a ticket to their support, let's see if they send a key for it tomorrow or so.
Edit: I got a new key for "Doorways: Prelude" now, which activates it and the missing Underwoeld DLC. So the "Doorways All Chapters Collection" comes in 2 separate keys.

How did you get it? I got an answer for my ticket from Fanatical and they tell me I should right-click on the Prelude game, choose Properties and click on DLC (I think they mean in my steam library). But somehow I can't find the DLC button. 🤔

If you activate "Doorways: Chapters 1 to 3 Collection" you will get "Underworld" as purchased on steam after a while
