Winner has a couple unactivated games, does this disqualify?

Just had a givaway that the winner has a couple of games not activated he won about a year ago. He didn't regift though.

Does this invalidate his win that I should request a new winner?

depends. send a reroll ticket and see what support says.

Request a new winner, Support will let you know if they have already served a suspension for it (then you need to send the game) 😺
