Steam Workshop

I was having a look at Garry's Mod Achievements and there are 4 for thumbs up in your workshop.

Basically I just wanted to know:

  • Which program do I have to have to build something and then upload it to the workshop?

  • Do I need programming skills? If so, which language? (I only know Java and C#)

  • Do I earn something if my upload receives thumbs up?

The only thing i know is that you get nothing for uploading something

Had no idea that you can get achievements for uploading something. Well, does not hurt to try :D
