What time is it? [Ended]

Hey everyone,
since I Am having a lot of fun solving the incredible hard puzzles from the steamgifts-community, I decided to make one myself.
I hope everyone has fun solving it.

This puzzle includes two giveaways and both are lvl 2+. The giveaways end in one week.
I will release hints if noone or less than 3 people are able to solve it.
Feel free to ask me anything about the puzzle in the comments.

Hints:

1. To get to the first giveaway, you have to search for suspicious letters and numbers in this post and put them together to get the correct link.
2. For the second giveaway you only need the picture and the poll.
3. To solve the "clock" puzzle, you have to find out the exact time of each clock and add up the hour, minute and seconds. For example on the first clock it's 12:50:54. This adds up to 116. You have to do this with every clock and afterwards you have to arrange those numbers in the correct order using the poll. Now you just need to use ascii to decode those numbers and ta-da, you have the correct code for the giveaway.
