That's the MENA pricing, not US/EU pricing (generally speaking).

Also pardon us for using our own currency whereas you stay in a country and using another's currency to cheat it.

That's quite a strong accusation, though. As the user's UI is in French, they could likely be located in North Africa, where French usage is very common, part of MENA, and Steam doesn't use the local currency (the MENA region uses USD).
Yes, I know their profile shows San Diego US, but who knows?

Unfortunately I know him relatively well from back when I used facebook and we were in the same facebook group.
He's from Romania, originally. I don't doubt he might have moved to US. French is a third language taught in Romania also, next to Spanish and German.
I doubt he's from a MENA region though. Hence my claim.

Also from experience, but take it with a grain of salt, I know several Romanians that abuse Steam's currency system to buy games for cheap from regions like Russian, Argentina etc.

And you see this as a bad thing..? With game prices being so high nowadays, many people simply can't afford them. Would you rather they resort to piracy?

I’d much rather see more people purchasing games, even if it's in a different region's currency at least that way, the developers still receive some support for their hard work.

Does a price difference of 3 to 5 Euros really upset you that much that you feel the need to go after someone over it?
Now, if someone is financially stable and still chooses to do this, that’s a different discussion but even then, it's still a better alternative to piracy.

Unfortunately cheating the store will inevitably make the region use the Eur or USD exchange rate and hike the prices up, hurting the customers on said region.

I'm not going after anyone, I was just pointing out things I have noticed. For us, 2 euro makes not much of a difference, but in said region could mean a whole salary.

If you can't afford it on your salary, you don't need it. It's that simple.
You may still want it? Take a loan and pay it back.

Exactly. Turkey used to have its own currency on Steam among other a lot of currencies, and people took advantage of it. Now it's on MENA, a full price game is almost 10-15% of the minimum wage. That's harsh.

What's MENA pricing?

...regional prices for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), similar to the regional prices for Latin America (LATAM). Here you can see the different prices: https://steamdb.info/sub/126432/

Are those tons of cosmetics DLC worth to pick up? I have Martyr and Prophecy DLC already

Cosmetics, nope. But there are a bunch of missions there. Plus the Sororitas Class (the battle sisters) DLC, which allows you to play with a Battle Sister character and customize it to fit your playstyle.

yeah, i heard about it, i also read on steam forum that in-game currency drop very stingy, something 1-5 points per mission and DLC are very pricey

Its true that missions dont give much but if you earn enough glory each week you will get 150 Fate (that currency) each week ontop of a gear crate , and missions cost 1200 Fate and think cosmetics cost 800 Fate

Current price is still the all time low:

And price does depend per region, but that is normal for steam:

It's like Victor Vran, Van Helsing or Torchlight melee and or ranged ARPG.

Also THE game that got me into Warhammer 40k, worth it imo.

Inquisitors!

The Warhammer Skulls Video Games Festival is finally here with fantastic discounts for all things Warhammer on Steam. This includes our game, Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr and its various DLCs, such as Prophecy and the Sororitas Class. You can find all these in the Definitive Edition as well.

For this grand occasion, we have two things prepared.
First, we are happy to announce that the Offline Mode update is now live, which means that from now on, you can play Martyr without having to connect to the internet. See our FAQ for more details on this. The online portion of the game doesn't go away either, so if you want to continue your current progress, you can do so! Praise the Omnissiah!
Another surprise from us is a quick teaser for our upcoming DLC, the Hierophant Class. We can now confirm that this new Inquisitor will be joining the other classes this fall.

so I just realized that since I had already bought both of the base Inquisitor games via Humble Bundle's "Have a Warhammer Day" bundle that even though both Martyr and Prophecy are included within the Martyr Definitive edition that if I try to buy the other DLC that is part of the definitive edition it tells me...

"if purchasing for yourself, you will not receive an extra copy of:"

and then lists Martyr and Prophecy

well that's just a horrid strategy, maybe I'll skip on the DLC altogether then. No wonder they put out such discounts in these incomplete humble tantalizers...

I'll buy it later when they give proper "complete the set" discounts perhaps. Doubt I'll even get through the base games any time soon, I can be patient, it's the game+1 I'm after in the short term anyway!

Steam stopped giving extra copies years ago. People abused it so it got taken away.
