look like you need more memory on your graphic card, my brother got only 1 gb on dayz and far view look like that (not that worst but still look comparable) so if you only have 2 gb with hd texture for a long range might be a bit to hard for your graphic card to handle it so it lower quality of the thing that are far so try to lower the image quality to see if that bug still occur, if not is a lack of memory :S sadly (skyrim is still a big game for graphic)

2GB Vram is plenty to fit even custom HD textures for skyrim.
Skyrim is CPU bound, not GPU bound btw.

Maybe some mod conflict? Try disabling them one at a time and see if it gets fixed.

It's a mod conflict. I have a worse gfx card than yours and a crappy CPU and my game does not look like that. You need, like someone above said, to take it one mod at a time and see which one is causing that problem.

Try disabling Pure Weather. I downloaded it too and my trees look kinda weird :)

I get that every once in a while, but usually it's fixed itself the next time I return to the area.
GTX 260.
No mods.

[edit] Nevermind -- missed those blocky-as-fuck trees the first time (was focused on the very flat-looking ground in the same area, which is the bug I thought you meant.) I'll agree with the other people now -- probably a mod. [/edit]
