It may not be his/her fault! Sometimes people don't get gift notifications :( I don't know how you tried to send it, but if you haven't yet, try sending it through Steam via e-mail.

I took 4 screenshots of me sending it to him through steam using the email gift send, it went through, and i unchecked and checked the box thing for the sending notification, wondering if that would help.

Regardless of someone's level you will always find plenty of people who would be happy to win your game. It doesn't matter if it is cheap or not. Higher level =/= rich.
Pro tip: Click on "Reply" link under someone's comment to reply to that particular person. You are currently replying to your own post :)

I'm just getting a tad bit annoyed, I sent him the gift through steam, I pushed the button that notifies him, I keep seeing him pop on and offline, this has happened around 3 times now, and he still hasn't accepted or replied back, so from what i read i should just wait a week to see if he accepts it? I'm just irritated right now is all, that's all i wanted to say.
Steam flickers for me a lot as well, doesn't mean I'm online.
Just to confirm- you've added them as a friend, messaged them before sending them the gift, and then they haven't accepted it or replied back to your messages?
In that case, screenshot it and post it to support after a week, and you're clear.
But don't, for example, assume someone is just online because Steam says they are.
I run steam 24/7, and it often relogs me. I only play Brawlhalla online, everything else, in offline mode.
So if it shows me in a game, I'm card-farming.
Just saying, there could be circumstances involved for the person in question. :X

i had this happen to me once also i ended up sending him a friend request and when he accepted i asked why he had not accepted the gift he said he had been away from his pc for a few days and was just logging in on his phone and could no accept the gift til he was back at his pc.

yea i have a phone with steam installed on it but have never tried to accept a gift on it or anything,guessing he entered the giveaway because he planing on being back before a week,personally i hate the one week rule myself im impatient but the rules are the rules we all have to live by them:)
