Person isn't accepting Gift

if he doesn't reply you can ask support for a reroll... they'll approve if you prove you tried to contact him

why not send him a email or leave a message on his profile if it's public...

I've been waiting for a couple weeks on a guy. He hasn't signed in on Steam in that long either, so... Hope he didn't die!

He seems to speak another language, and my email for comast isn't freakin working, but at the same time he's gotten on this website enough times to have seen that he won a game...

It may not be his/her fault! Sometimes people don't get gift notifications :( I don't know how you tried to send it, but if you haven't yet, try sending it through Steam via e-mail.

I took 4 screenshots of me sending it to him through steam using the email gift send, it went through, and i unchecked and checked the box thing for the sending notification, wondering if that would help.

Wait for a week, not everyone have fast internet speed. Some people struggle just to get online on steam :(

Maybe he doesn't know whether he/she should take it or not, some people can't make up their minds easily.

Sorry, that it happened to you. It is very annoying but the only thing you can do is wait.
On a side note you may want to consider using higher level requirements for future giveaways.

I just dont feel like making it a high level for such a cheap game is all.

I had to wait 6 days before while seeing him go online and offline the site all throughout the duration. Only when I e-mailed him and added him on Steam did he accept it. >; Some senpais just don't notice you enough. D:

I'm just getting a tad bit annoyed, I sent him the gift through steam, I pushed the button that notifies him, I keep seeing him pop on and offline, this has happened around 3 times now, and he still hasn't accepted or replied back, so from what i read i should just wait a week to see if he accepts it? I'm just irritated right now is all, that's all i wanted to say.

Steam flickers for me a lot as well, doesn't mean I'm online.

Just to confirm- you've added them as a friend, messaged them before sending them the gift, and then they haven't accepted it or replied back to your messages?

In that case, screenshot it and post it to support after a week, and you're clear.

But don't, for example, assume someone is just online because Steam says they are.
I run steam 24/7, and it often relogs me. I only play Brawlhalla online, everything else, in offline mode.
So if it shows me in a game, I'm card-farming.

Just saying, there could be circumstances involved for the person in question. :X

Those circumstances might just be that they're a jerk, though.

I had to request a reroll twice on the same giveaway and had to wait a week between each one because of this very problem

and now he is online, probably wont accept it right now.

i had this happen to me once also i ended up sending him a friend request and when he accepted i asked why he had not accepted the gift he said he had been away from his pc for a few days and was just logging in on his phone and could no accept the gift til he was back at his pc.

Relax, it hasn't even been a full day yet.

I literally decided to add him and he instantly added me as well and he said he didnt even get it...

Well now I know just to add them as a friend/send it to them email at the same time i suppose.
