Paying for Steam games using mobile credit?

So my question is... Is there any store that accepts mobile credit (paying with SMS and such) to purchase Steam Games?

I noticed that GMG has that option, but I bought a game there today and it didn't appear anything (I'm from Portugal).

GMG is the only one but the option to pay by mobile from them currently isn't working and hasn't been for ages. They say they're fixing it but it sure is taking them a long time which I'm annoyed about. Did you manage to use your phone to buy from them?

Doesnt Steam itself already offer that? I can select mobile payment at the checkout.
