only used that site 2 or 3 times, but no, i didn't pay taxes. ^^

If you don't pay it, it's technically tax evasion, which depending on your country's laws, can get a you a pretty big check from the tax authorities. But do they really check the site for tax payments? I doubt it. Still, if you are a law abiding citizen, you should pay it. I mean, would you steal from a brick-and-mortar shop this way(not paying the tax on a product)?

Sorry if I was not clear enough, my main language is not English. What I meant that by not paying the tax, you evade EU tax payment for the purchase, which is mandatory. So you don't "steal" from the shop, you steal from the EU. The big question is, is G2A paying the EU the taxes after your payment? Who knows? :)

Its not expensive.
You cant find (as an example) Car mechanic Simulator 2015 somewhere else cheaper(ROW)

For most games I search, since Steam has changed it's pricing scheme and sales and already cause me not buy anything from it anymore (not because I don't want to or don't have the money but can't find anything at the right price for the value), I relied on G2A.
But for about a month or so, in fact when they update and localised their site, I can't find any right price for what I search either

Everyone repeatedly shits on G2A. My 2 cents, whilst I think they are greedy fuckers who slip extra fees in wherever possible, I have bought from and sold through them plenty of times without a problem. On the couple of occasions where I have had problems with keys (included one which was revoked about a month after activation), they have sorted it out without giving me grief. I find the people who rant about them being untrustworthy disingenuous.
As for the tax. NOPE.

I'm not sure that G2A even pays to EU states the tax that customers pay to them, every multinational company in this world take advantage of the laughable tax legislation in western countries.
Anyway, G2A is exactly the same thing with Airbnb or Uber. Neither legal nor illegal, just in the middle...
