Do you think support is fast and good?
No one's complained about support for a while now, not since new support staff was added (unless I'm more blind than I thought ...)
Since then, I've seen nothing but accolades for all of them.
I agree, though, they're doing a great job :)

everyone has different experiences with support. my ticket for example was answered after a week. xD

I got banned from chat like 11 years ago (I linked a bad thing).
I am still banned from chat.
To be fair, support did respond after a few months, but they asked me to provide stuff I didn't know anymore, like who banned me and what I posted.
I wrote a sarcastic response to which no one replied (which is kinda fair).
I was told separately by a mod that only people with special privileges can delete the black mark from my permanent record (unban me from the chat).
But I only complain about support when people mention complaining about support.

Discord is awesome but also terrible. The interface is cluttered and clicking a notification does not ferry you to the appropriate channel.

I don't think there's any SG chat mods that are also SG support on this site other than Bobo and cg himself, so I don't know how submitting a support ticket here would help. Are you blocked from making a thread in the Steam SG forum?

Support is great for a bunch of people who don't get anything in return. I mean, think about it - they spend their own free time to help everyone. For free. Why would anyone do this? But they do. And that's one of the greatest gifts being given away on Steamgifts - because time is the most valuable of currencies.
I have nothing but praises for support, no matter if they are fast or slow, because they have no obligation whatsoever to help any of us.

if the question is "why was everyone complaining about support", then it's cause it was getting very slow back in dec-jan with a 7-9day average for a normal re-roll. but ever since they added more support staff it's been very amazing, closer to 1min-3hours instead.

Sometime yes, sometimes not. If you spam the whole forum or insulting others it takes weeks/months to be banned. But if you use the word "fake" you will be banned faster than deleting this coomment.

SG Support has been amazing after the staff upgrades.
There were just too many tickets for them to handle. So, I don't know why you're saying that people have been complaining.

Why does everyone complain about support? They are soo fast. Yesterday i made a ticked about rerolling, they responded in about a minute, now i created a reroll ticker and got a response in half of a minute. What do you think about support?
