:D It took me a while and before I started using Dark Theme I wouldn't have thought it makes much of a difference but now that I've been using it for a while I have to admit it's really a lot easier on the eyes specially in dark surroundings.

I agree, though I've found myself on both ends of this. It is rather unfortunate when this happens, especially if it is several in a row, or a reroll chain from the same giveaway. It is not hard to check really, so why not get in the habit of doing so once you know you've one something.

Yeah, I totally agree! Was surprised at one of Pete's on a ticket I had, and it was before I knew he was support. Within 5 minutes, I am sure.
EDIT: It was around a half hour + a few minutes, but this was right around the time they got added, and it was an odd time. :D

+1, it's so poinless to keep them. As people won't get nitified if the reported person gets suspended, they possibly served their time. Hell, I even had open tickets for permamsuspended people. :D Meanwhile some people just sit on their open tickets so they can say that they have a ticket that still haven't been handled after 3 years.

Agreed. Much respect to PeteOzzy. He re-rolled a winner that had 3 year old non-activations, because that winner never did the time for the crime. That encourages me to continue sending the re-roll reqeusts, no matter how old the non-activations / duplicate wins are.

I don't know which is more pathetic, the juvenile taunts and insults or the fact that it's delivered in horribly broken English.
You won't find an SG profile link from that person, but it is quite easy to determine that they are...acting on someone's behalf.

PeteOzzy has handled the bulk of my re-roll requests over the past weeks, and there have been PLENTY (I check all winners). All of the reinforced support team has been fantastic, and it's really great to have responses quickly. Thanks to all!

Just wanted to give a public thank you for his handling of multiple reroll/GA deletion requests because some people can't be bothered to check and make sure they've left a giveaway for a game they obtained in the interval between their entry and the giveaway ending.Please, everyone, help Support and giveaway creators by checking your entries.It's frustrating because it results in the GA host losing slots and giving tickets to an already beleaguered staff.
A further thanks to all support staff, both current and retired. You all deserve respect.
