It all depends on the store and how they choose to package the promotion. You need to look on their site to see if they're part of the promotion, and to see what models they offer which games for if they are a part of the promo.

You can look at the link that was provided for you, or you can try looking around at all the sites near where you live that can order to you. If there's a very specific model card you want but they're not giving out the promo with that card, you could always try to e-mail them with the request to throw in the promo with your chosen model anyway.
