Nice, 8 games, here, 6 games on IGN plus, 14 games altogether, just like in good old times.
And since I like most games, I'd say this is a great bundle, even though I see how most of them could be seen as mid tier titles.

Were you a new IGN plus member? Said for me it takes up to two hours before you get all benifits. I just did it and guess thats true for me because it doesnt even says I have IGN plus :)

I used their cheap promo for new member couple years back, so I'm not exactly new.
But when using code from this Choice about 2 minutes after bundle dropped, it took no more than a minute after I finished the subscription for IGN's site to let me claim my rewards. Could take longer now if servers are more busy with other people, or could take longer if you are new member and need to have your payment method authorized. I honestly don't know, so I can't say.
Edit: Another person I know had same issue. It's the 1st time member payment method authorization. Payment should get cancelled soon.

That's almost certainly a trial hold that companies do to verify that a card is valid. It's cancelled immediately afterward, so you're never actually charged the $1, but it can take a few days before the hold disappears from your account. It could be worse, some gas stations do a trial hold of $100 at their pumps!

It's a subscription for extra stuff you can use on IGN's site. But for cheap game enthusiasts like most of us here, it matters because from time to time they open up a pool of keys for specific games of their choice. Any IGN Plus subscriber can claim a key from such pool until either the time for such giveaway runs out, or the pool is exhausted.
You can see available rewards here, or look at links to SteamDB that AdJ posted - there are Steam store links in top rigth of those SteamDB pages.

How this works after use of code into "billed mothly"? Same way as a humble choice service?
I dont plan to use this service after free month, Do I need to to manually end my membership or IGN just ask for another payment and end itself when I ignore that?
And most important, are rewards of IGN plus available for Europian accounts?

Promo code works only with month-by-month subscription.
If you pick that, you get a free month now. You complete the transaction, but will get billed (temporarily) to have your payment method authorized.
Then it will take at least a minute for the site to register you as IGN+ member so you can redeem the rewards.
Afterwards, you can go to account settings at https://www.ign.com/account/subscription and just opt out of resubbing next month. Then you just enjoy whatever the subscription has to offer for next month (it doesn't expire when you opt out of paying for it next month, since you already "paid" for this month) and don't worry about next payments.
So yes, you have to do it manually, but it's very easy.
If you don't, I'm afraid the payment will be automatic.
Also, I live in Poland (so EU), and even we get access to the rewards, so yeah, they are available.
Just be aware that physical stuff giveaways are practically always limited to US residents, so don't even bother entering.

The game reward key pools are limited, the present ones have been up for some time, so previous subscribers had plenty of time to grab the games for themselves, and when Choice dropped, the largest one was what, less than 70% full? I'm surprised the "professional" multiaccounter resellers didn't clean everything out immediately.

The month is not bad, but I'm pissed about the IGN+ forced thing. Specially because reading the fine print, if you are already a member, this doesn't work for you.
This makes me question what would happen next month. If this is not available for subscribers of IGN+ then, the next month, as I'd be a suscriber (through this voucher) will I be considered a subscriber so it won't work for me?
