I think you made a few mistakes. I am pretty sure only the android version of Warhammer Quest was bundled before, not the Steam version. Also the normal version without any DLC was bundled from Space Hulk, not the Ultimate Pack. Correct me if I am wrong.
EDIT: Did not know the Steam version of Chainsaw Warrior was bundled before on a bundle site. My mistake.

Yes,they have been bundled, but the Android versions, like you said, do not offer Steam Keys. Technically, they haven't counted as bundled before. Therefore, in the chart above, I did not include them as "bundled." I'll add a note though saying they were offered in a Mobile Bundle. But for Steam Gifts purposes, they haven't been bundled before.
Initially, I had counted them as "bundled," but after further investigation and talking to a friend about this, we agreed that it would not include the android versions as "bundled"

Oops, my bad, then. >.< For some reason when you said IR I did not think of Indie Royale and when visiting your link I somehow managed to miss the Indie Royale part. Should know better considering I bought a few bundles from there a long time ago at its inception.

i sent a mail about it a week ago, they updated that their ninjas were working hard... i guess they already don't allow for 2nd purchase but they misinform by saying too many purchasings etc... maybe they'll update it later as "no 2nd purchase allowance!"

And somehow, Dawn of War II: Retribution – The Last Standalone had to have been part of some bundle or giveaway somewhere, because I already own it, and I know I didn't buy it directly. Maybe it was DLC that got automatically converted into the standalone game as a goodwill gesture. In any event, many people should have it already without having bought it directly.
